CANCELLATION POLICY
THE AMOUNT OF FULL TREATMENT PRICE WILL BE APPLIED FOR NO-SHOWS, SAME-DAY, AND LESS THAN 48 HOURS CANCELLATIONS.
BOOKING POLICY
Due to high demand, we ask that prior to booking an appointment, the client must agree to all the terms and conditions.
• The client must arrive 10 min early to the appointment to ensure that the appointment runs for the full duration of its scheduled time.
• If the client is running late, we reserve the right to adjust or shorten the length of the appointment time to ensure that it does not interfere with the next appointment if necessary.
• If the client is running more than 20 min late to their appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge the full price of the scheduled treatment.
• We respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• We understand that you may need to reschedule your appointment and we kindly ask to do it 48 hours prior to your visit to allow enough time for that spot to be taken by another client. In case if you make changes in less than 48 hours, the fee will be applied. You can manage your booking (cancel or reschedule) through the confirmation email or text message you received when you scheduled your appointment.
• Any voucher/coupon, gift certificate, or promotional sale will be invoiced a 20% service charge on the full amount of the pre-discounted price. Please note, the same effort and time is provided in all treatments to ensure high-quality results and relaxation using award-winning skincare lines.
